This week has been Parliament Week and the children started the week with an assembly which included a special video message from our local MP, Oliver Ryan.  In class, the children have been learning about the role of The House of Lords, The House of Commons and the Monarch in how Bills are made into Acts of Parliament, which become law. All the classes learnt about the Elizabeth Tower and how the famous bell is inside. The week finished with Class 4 having a special question and answer session with Baroness Wilcox of Newport from the House of Lords.
